Refund & Returns Policy

At Allors Skin Care, we value your satisfaction and are here to assist you if you're not entirely happy with your purchase.

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason. If the order was delivered to a third party appointed by you (who is not the carrier), the cancellation period begins from when they take possession of the product.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us by emailing inquiry@allorsskincare.com. Kindly include your order number, your full name, reason for cancellation, and any supporting photos if applicable.

Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The goods are sealed and unused in their original packaging.

Return Exceptions:

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.

  • Goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

  • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send returns to the following address:

For a secure return, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5–7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed no later than 30 days from receiving the goods. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, with no additional fees incurred.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
